• Celebrating the work achieved by clients and displaying it around the centre
• Working with teams within the hospice

How often we’d like your support.
We hope you’ll volunteer 3 - 6 hours a week, but all our roles are flexible to suit you.
What we hope you’ll bring to the role

• Be reliable
• Have a warm, friendly, adaptable, caring approach
• Be well-organised and enthusiastic

We want to provide an experience that is inclusive, friendly, and supportive. To do this we will:
● Offer all the training you need in your role
● Make sure you feel appreciated and respected
● Provide regular support in a way that suits you
● Ask for your feedback on how we can do better
● Deal with any concerns or complaints quickly and fairly
● Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you need to do in your role
● Repay out-of-pocket travel expenses
Some of the benefits to you.
● Join a team that celebrates diversity and individual differences
● Make new friends and feel connected
● Feel more confident and improve your wellbeing
● Boost your CV and gain references for your future employers
● Help change lives and support your local community
