Organisation Description: Community Care Options is a not for profit organisation supporting people in the Greater Bolton area with various disabilities and difficulties. Supporting our service users to lead a more fulfilling and independent life. We work in the community through our outreach program and also support individuals in our supported living home which is based in Kearsley. Our dedicated, Trustees and staff have a wealth of experience to offer to the community we support.
