Organisation Description: Breakthrough CIC is a charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for residents in Bolton through various community-oriented programs. AIMS and OBJECTIVES
1. Food and Nutrition:
Food Bank: Providing emergency and regular food supplies to individuals and families in need.
2. Education and Training:
Adult Education: Workshops and courses to help adults develop new skills and improve employability.
Youth Programs: After-school tutoring, mentoring, and educational activities for children and teens.
3. Housing Assistance:
Homeless Outreach: Support for homeless individuals by helping them find permanent homes.
Rental Assistance: Financial aid and counseling for those struggling to pay rent.
4. Community Engagement: Encouraging community involvement through social interaction to reduce isolation among disadvantaged people of all demographics within Bolton
5. Mental Health Support: Counselling services and support groups to promote mental health to all demographics within Bolton
