Organisation Description: The purpose of the charity is for general charitable purposes for public benefit, in particular,but not exclusively, by promoting the education of persons under the age of 25. PWTB considers grants from charities, organisations and voluntary & community groups, where beneficiaries are local, and also from individuals in the Bolton area who need particular assistance to reach their educational, social, creative or sporting potential.
