Organisation Description: Kirkwall Residents Association represents 68 council properties which consists of 56 bungalows and 12 flats as sheltered accommodation for older people. They arrange outings, meals, information, activities and entertainment, and apply for grants etc. They meet on the second Tuesday of every month at 2pm.
