Organisation Description: Bolton u3a is a registered charity of around 300 local people who don't work full-time but come together regularly to keep active, learn new things and have fun. From Crafting to Crosswords, Bowling to Bridge, Mindfulness to Maths, Singing to Science, Bolton u3a has over 35 interest groups and once a month, we have a meeting where we get together and listen to some interesting speakers.
Bolton u3a welcomes all people who aren’t working full-time including retired people, those working part-time, people off work undergoing medical treatments and people who no longer work due to ill health. The majority of our members are people in their 60s and 70s, but younger members are not excluded, and are very welcome to join us.
