Organisation Description: Our Scout group gives young people the chance to build life skills, confidence, and resilience through fun adventures, teamwork, and community service. Based in a disadvantaged area, our dedicated volunteers work hard to provide a safe, inclusive space where the young people can develop leadership, problem-solving skills, and respect for others, equipping them to make a positive difference in the world.
We also encourage them to step away from screens and enjoy nature with camping trips and outdoor activities.
As the last remaining Scout group in Farnworth, we celebrated our 100th anniversary in 2024, a milestone we’re extremely proud of.
