Organisation Description: Heart of Gold Homecare is a domiciliary care provider based in Bolton, supporting adults and children across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. We provide person-centred care and support to individuals within their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, complex care, respite support, overnight care, and support for individuals with disabilities, autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and long-term health conditions.
We are committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in line with CQC regulations, the Care Act 2014, and safeguarding legislation. Our staff receive ongoing training, including specialist and nurse-led training where required, to ensure individuals receive safe and effective support tailored to their needs.
Alongside care delivery, we also provide healthcare training and workforce development support to other healthcare providers and organisations. We deliver both mandatory and specialist training courses, including safeguarding, moving and handling, first aid, medication, infection prevention and control, and complex care training.
We have train-the-trainer qualified nurses within our organisation who support the delivery of clinical and competency-based training. Our Director is also trained to deliver Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, supporting organisations to improve inclusive and person-centred care practices.
Alongside our operational work, we are passionate about community engagement, inclusion, partnership working, and improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families within the local community.
