At nearby flats, damaged and broken fence panels are being replaced with new fencing to improve security and the overall environment.
In addition, the organisation is carrying out environmental improvements across the estate, including edging grass verges, clearing litter, and cleaning entire streets. Residents are encouraged to remove unwanted rubbish, after which the organisation clears and disposes of it before moving on to improve the next street.
