Organisation Description: We support organisations experiencing change, to feel inspired, valued and motivated. We use Healing-Centred Design, a framework that brings together Trauma-Informed Practice, Systems Thinking and Creative Coaching.
Organisations who deliver health, wellbeing, education or community services can improve their resilience and culture with our range of leadership development, team coaching and wellbeing programmes. We also facilitate Healing-Centred Placemaking, cross sector coproduction projects to support healthy communities and partnerships and run a seasonal Facilitation School for coaches, educators and team leaders.
