Organisation Description: The Charismatic Community Alliance (CCA) is made up of people who, irrespective of ethnicity, race, or culture, believe in the Justification, sanctification, and baptism of the Holy Spirit evidenced by speaking in tongues. The Community is responsible for representing, protecting, uniting, defending, and serving the Charismatic community in the United Kingdom. The CCA is the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, government, and media on all issues of importance affecting the Charismatic Community
Our areas of focus:
1) Community Advocacy
Discrimination based on faith, ethnicity, and beliefs continues to challenge the charismatic community. The Charismatic Community Alliance (CCA) is dedicated to addressing these issues through strategic advocacy and collaboration with key stakeholders.
2) Social Services
The CCA is committed to supporting individuals and families through targeted social services that align with their faith and cultural values. This includes improving outcomes for children and adults in care systems.
3) Political Representation
The charismatic community has a significant and growing presence in the UK. The CCA encourages its members to actively participate in the political process to ensure their voices are heard.
4) Interfaith Relations
Fostering understanding and collaboration between different faith communities is vital to building a cohesive and inclusive society. The CCA plays a leading role in promoting interfaith dialogue and partnerships
5) Entrepreneurship Programs
Develop entrepreneurship training programs focusing on business planning, financial management, and marketing.
Establish incubators and accelerators to support the growth of small businesses and startups within charismatic communities.
Facilitate access to markets by organizing trade fairs and networking events.
6) Financial Literacy
Offer workshops on personal finance, budgeting, and investment strategies
Develop online resources and toolkits to provide continuous financial education.
Partner with financial institutions to create tailored financial products for charismatic communities.
7) Access to Resources
Create microfinance programs to provide small loans and grants to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Establish partnerships with NGOs and development agencies to secure funding for economic empowerment projects.
Develop resource centers that offer business support services, including mentorship and legal advice.
