Organisation Description: We operate in the Horwich and Blackrod area. We deliver food to over 50s who need support any day between 12noon – 2pm. No time limit to offer but we do a review on a month by month basis to assess if continuous or short term support is needed. We receive referrals from other foodbanks e.g. Farnworth Foodbank. Staffed by volunteers.
We try not to turn anyone down who is in genuine need even if under the age of 50. If anyone contacts us outside the area we may refer them to other groups. To find out more or make a referral please contact us.
