Organisation Description: WSH BME Kidney Network advises, supports and provides education and advocacy to kidney disease and transplant patients and their families, who find it difficult to navigate governmental systems and processes. We empower patients by providing holistic support in a confidential setting. We also campaign and raise awareness about organ and blood donation.
