Organisation Description: Reach Family Project has two departments; Reach Children and Families supports those who are facing various challenges and who have at least 1 child under the age of 18. By providing early intervention family support, our aim is to see all family members thriving in all areas. Reach Befriending supports those who are elderly or disabled and isolated in the community with one to one befriending and pastoral support.
