Organisation Description: Sapphire Partnership provides support for young adults aged 18-35 with additional needs within Greater Manchester area, giving priority to those living within the Bolton borough. Our purpose is to:
• Assist young adults to embrace all aspects of their life whist encouraging independence, social skills and self development.
• Facilitate a safe forum for family members of young adults with additional needs to use their personal experiences to share and offer opportunities to learn and develop.
• Work alongside a range of professionals who will help to enhance our holistic approach to support young adults with additional needs.
