Organisation Description: We believe everyone should be able to live a fulfilling life, for some people that means finding work, for others it means finding ways to improve their wellbeing and create purpose in their lives. We're people first and the rest follows, we help people to achieve their goals, in their own time with no agenda from us. We take a coaching approach to our work as it put the power and responsibility into the persons hands, we know that when someone feels empowered they're much more likely to achieve. We work with people who are long term unemployed, economically inactive, students, schools, corporates, people in work and retired people.
We deliver workshops in the community and online, offer 1-1 coaching, yoga classes, workplace wellbeing and career growth sessions.
