Organisation Description: The support we provide is based around building resilience. We do this by providing:
• Fortnightly thematic personal development sessions that work towards building resilience of young carers. We have an 8-12 year group and a 13-18 year group meeting on alternative weeks.
• 1-1 sessions that build and support social, emotional and mental health and wellbeing.
• One annual day trip per age group each year. The young carers will design and choose where they go.
