Organisation Description: Reflections Counselling Service is a registered charity and offers free, confidential, one to one counselling sessions to people living in Bolton who are 18 years and over.
We help you explore ways to improve your mental health and well-being so you can enjoy a better quality of life. We can help with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-esteem, relationships breakdown, drug and alcohol use.
No referral necessary, you can contact us yourself directly if you would like to receive counselling. There is a waiting list for appointments - we will take your details and contact you when an appointment becomes available.
