Organisation Description: To promote the mental health and social well-being of citizens within our communities through an asset based community development approach. Provision of services/projects/information and supporting people to manage their mental health using a non-medical approach. Provision of services which develop skills and increase volunteering and employment opportunities. Provision of services that reduce isolation and create opportunities for people to participate in social activities.
